We could have begun to address many of the issues they’re campaigning on (especially on the local level) with the 7.6 Billion dollars they spent on the campaign! For example there was a total of ~$105 million spent on the Mayoral campaigns in Los Angeles - we literally have countless people on the streets, this money could have helped. This is absurd. This needs to stop. Lobbying with donations involved should be illegal. I would like to see limits on campaign spending.
