Why is Kejiriwal & Aam admi party crying foul over his arrest & detention ? Their allegation that Kejiriwal was arrested in the run up to the elections to prevent him from electioneering is baseless. The fact is he was not co- operating with the investigating agency & was ignoring repeated summons by the ED for questioning .So in fact he himself is to bame for his present predicament.Though his lawyers were trying to give a political spin to the case, it was firmly rejected by Justice Sharma, who refused to buy their argument.Of course Kejiriwal has decided to appeal to the Supreme Court for bail.Lets wait & see how the case pans out.

Because Kejriwala was directly involved in Excise, money laundering and other cases the Delhi High court has not considered his request for release. If he is permitted by Delhi High Court to appeal, he may loose his case in Supreme Court. Delhi High Court should be very strict about his followers who criticize even the judiciary.

Half of the information is always dangerous.. HC said 1) ED strongly stays in their point of stating his involvement
2) An approver is an crucial evidence against the accuse.
3) Court is not concern if sharat reddy gave money via electroal bond to BJP
4) ED have shown evidence of deals through AAP candidates
Moral of the story: Court depends on evidences provided by the ED. If ED wants to set you free, can say the file is lost, have medical emergency, give statement as they say. ED also know how to plant evidence, make links to it ..PMLA gives all this powers to do it.

Everyone has seen the money trail of electoral bond purchased by the approver in this case and the BJP has redeemed it and chronology of that approver being arrested, intimidated and finally forced to mention the name of the arrested CM after multiple times that approver did not mention his name and then he was granted bail.Everything is as clear as water but the PMLA has a queer clause(unlike any provision of INDIAN EVIDENCE ACT) which says that an arrested person has to prove that he is not guilty although the agency can arrest any person at their sweet will.This is the fallacy here.Only the bhaqts can not or won't accept it.
