Exactly this does nothing for affordability. Buyers need to be extremely engaged and very smart about the decision making. I heard an expert say that right now you should not buy unless you can afford your message in it and are willing to lose the money you put on the down. Please everybody be very, very careful.

Lol your right it has not hit bottom…. Yet. Guys are not looking at everything. Houses in Utah are still over priced by at least 30%. Once you guys start raising price it’s gonna ricochet back down.

Now is definitely not the time to buy a house. Buy gold then use that gold to buy a house in a few years.
