Here is your Shadow Boxing HIIT workout of the day! We focus on short boxing combinations followed by Abs & Arms HIIT intervals! Zero equipment used. Let's burns lots of calories in the most efficient way. Ready to do this?
Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout.
