Video idea for mia - so I've heard that regarding morning routines it is quite good to plan like a "high energy" and "low energy" morning routine for days that you feel a bit out of it or not as motivated and for days you feel very motivated etc. Maybe mia could make a video showing those 2 morning routines and what she'd do ?
