High Vista is located between Asheville and Hendersonville, NC. This gated community surrounds a golf course where country club membership is optional. Amenities include golf, tennis, a picnic/playground area, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
Welcome to High Vista, where you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains from your own backyard. The diverse housing options range from condos and townhouses to secluded lots. Homeowners here can take advantage of many amenities available to the community, such as the onset country club and golf course, sports pub, meeting rooms, swimming pool, community park, and tennis courts, as well as a spectacular view. But it's more than just the view that appeals to our residents.
“One of the reasons that we moved here is because of the community itself,” says Buck Passmore, resident. “Not so much the view and the weather, because that was here already, and we didn't know about the people that we would meet. They have a great golf course. There's a lot of fun people on the mountain. They come from all over. They're not just locals here in North Carolina. They're like us. A lot are from other places in the United States, and the community is eclectic because of where people come from. But it's a community that everybody knows everybody and everybody has a great time together and it just makes the whole place the place you want to live.”
“We moved here originally from Michigan 15 years ago, and we absolutely love it here,” says Sharon Bonnville. “Love it. We love the mountains, we love the people, we love the environment. It's a safe area to live. We're full members. Play tennis. My husband loves to golf. He's out on the course now. And I love tennis. And oh yeah, we just love everything, everything about it.”
“For us, living in High Vista, I love the community,” says Christie Hansen. “I love that we can come up here and play. I love that we can be a part of the club, too, and have those amenities. It's fun for my kids. My son is 15, and he loves to play golf. So, it's just fun to take our little golf cart and go around and visit all our friends. Just have that community. That's what I really like.”
