Easy mud roast tacos:

Roast
1 pack au jus mix
1 pack ranch mix
1 stick butter, I use @KerrygoldUSA
Juice and peppers of pepperoncini (I like a lot, so I use more - use however much you want)

Add it all to a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Once done, shred it up. Once done, dip your tortillas in the juice and warm both sides in a skillet. Add in cheese (I use mozzarella - use whatever you like), and add your roast with some of the peppers. Fold it over and toast both sides. We like ours crispier so we toast it longer, but do what you like. Reserve some of the au jus liquid to dip your taco in!
