Dusty Feet MTB Training Track - Curro Hermanus -MTB Ep.05

DUSTY FEET constructed this track at Curro Hermanus as the first step to starting their MTB Club at the school.

This video is a short compilation filmed on 2 of the 4 days of demo's we held at the end of term. The riders who attended the training loved it, and one even said, "This is the most fun I've had on my bike in years!"

Every component of the track is mobile, so you will notice how the order and the obstacles are adapted from and set different challenges to the riders. Basic skills such as standing and peddling, using your legs and arms effectively to take the "knocks" the bike gets, weight transfers on the bike, lifting the front wheel and more are being taught and practiced.

We look forward to growing this sport at Curro Hermanus and also look forward to evolving this mobile track and possibly setting it up at events and markets. If these schemes fail, my son might just get a very cool track around our house....
