Update:. My Razer phone 1 had a defect where the screen came detached from the body. I contacted Razer support and provided them with details and photos and they sent me a Razer phone 2 to replace my phone. That is service.

The second Razer phone sounds even better than the first and it's water proof. No bloatware! A place you can actually hold the fucking phone. This phone IS for everybody, not just gamers. IMO this reviewer is just way off. I'm not a Razer fanboy, every phone I've had is a Samsung Note or iPhone. This Razer phone is the best, most straightforward phone I've owned.

And it's only $500 now. Samsung and Apple can kiss my ass.

1) using this incredible 120 HZ screen for navigate ( Home screen, web, drop down menu..) is so SPEED !! So SMOOTH !!!
you can't go back even for an iPhone xs( my wife's one ) . All the iphones, note 9 etc ... Feel buggy compared to the Razer phone !!
A Dream for me....

Razer phone can be bought as low as $650 USD now and there is a google apk camera that now works with it and provides much improved camera shots found on XDA. More points for those commuters looking at the phone for media consumption, which is solid, but I'd still wouldn't recommend it to those photographically inclined users. But the price is much more reasonable.

I own a Razer Phone 2. My main reason for buying it wasnt the screen or the speakers or the "liquid cooling". It was the facts that it has a 16:9 ratio rather than 16:10 which is much better IMO for content consumption and because I have big hand which always made mispresses on my S7 edge and my S9. Accidently touching the screen when watching a video or scrolling through social media was hellish for me on those thin curved phones. The fact that the battery lasts me almost 2 days also helps(I play no phone games, literally 0 games installed). Getting it for $350 through ATT loyalty department also didnt hurt.

I used this phone for about 2 weeks... I liked the performance and the speakers! But it was always getting uncomfortably hot. Plus the issues with VZW. The chroma is I would say a gimmick, I had it set at power saver... The game mode customization was awesome and the screen was awesome. Battery life for me was mediocre...

I would hope that you consider making an update on this video... At this point there are no issues with the camera after updates and improvements plus apps that bring Razer's camera to the same playing field with the best smartphones out. Also, Razer 2 is now using Android Pie! I'm currently using the Kingston 512gb micro SD card for a total of 576 gigs of storage. And now you can purchase the best smartphone on the face of the Earth for 499.00 from Amazon...which I did for my wife... fully unlocked. Thanks ...!

I have it and love it, and yes I am a casual gamer who goes on long commutes often. The screen is gorgeous, sound from speakers loud and awesome to listen to videos while washing dishes at home and for me the camera is plenty. It's not the best in the market but it is still a very good camera in my opinion, and now it costs more like 499 dollars, which is what I got it for so the value is amazing compared to other flagships that still cost more than twice as that.

Using the RF1, its definitely not a phone for everyone, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it.
I love it, I love the matte black body, the awesome speakers, the smooth screen motion, great battery life. And best of all, the stock android experience, it's better than any other android phone I've played with.
I'll admit with the screen to body ratio, its starting to feel like a last-gen phone. But considering my upgrade comes in about a year, I'm perfectly happy.
I also installed the Pixel camera app, and it's been a pretty good experience!

Pretty nice phone I've enjoyed it. Unfortunately mine suddenly stopped working after 2 months and Razer is requiring I send it back before they ship a replacement. Not the best way to get around having your hardware crap out on you since I have to wait the entire time for the replacement to get here before I can have a phone again. But for $500 I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised.

I was using this razer phone 2 yesterday speakers all volume up for about 6 hrs jazz music while working great phone am testing now as a back up phone love it square design but chroma customizable to your favorite color 120 Hertz am not a gamer but 8 GB of ram just replaced my laptop and got 30 dollar plan on metropcs heheheh couldn't be happier

It seems like a nice enough phone but as soon as I hear no headphone jack I lost interest since I actually do use the headphones jack

I like this phone. I like the nice speakers its good cam on the 2nd version its 8 gigs of ram along with a good snapdragon SOC (system on a chip). Its a good phone if you dont mind the 3.5mm headphone jack being removed. I think that the screen being 120ghz is this phone s greatest quality though. It makes thing so much smoother. I also like the rgb light its impressive looks kinda stunning now as far as the whole gameing part of the phone i dont rly play many ohome games i may now start but thats not the big selling point for me i like the look of the phome i like the screen and i lile the fact that i wont need to upgrade for a long time because of the above avrage specs of this phone
