its got hi miles on it, lots of rust, if you must keep it, run to texas get a body for it, and swap it on, then its worth a lot more

It's most likely worth that for a running Cummins under the hood! Find a good rolling chassis and body from somewhere in the southwest where they don't rust out, and swap it out.😉
