Nanou, not sure if the mics are just too close together or not, but the sounds are not pinpointing to each ear very well with this particular setup. The sounds are bleeding into both mics and it makes it feel less like ASMR. Hope you are well!

I like the new mic. It’s different and sounds very clear too. It’s always good to switch up the mics every now and then.

For the new microphones, the background noise is pretty noticeable. Sound wise they are great, but hopefully the background noise can be fixed😉

If you really want to get that crispy, reach-into-your-eardrums sounds, run your mics thru a nice tube preamp before you get to your main mixing board or interface and then add a little to the high-end on your channel-strip EQ. Since I started doing that with client mixes, man, that made all the difference.

The thing is..I don't think the background is bad, but...I did like the black one more....because, this green is like fresh-but also like 2 fresh...sometimes...for ASMR.
