MVS TK4: Submitting IEFBR14 and IEBGENER jobs

This shows how jobs are submitted in MVS TK4. It gives a brief glimpse of the user interface as well as 2 simple JCLs that submit an IEFBR14 job and another job that prints the output to SYSOUT
