New York City is the most diverse city in the world with over 120 nationalities represented here, and its most evident with the food. Our friend Yusuf Onder shows us the best Turkish food you can find in Manhattan. From Simit Sarayı where you can find a Turkish bagel and red tea. To Gulluoglu NYC where you can find the pistachio-filled baklava and a delicious cup of Turkish coffee.

At Urbanist we intend on exploring with you the wonders of Turkish cities in the near future, so consider this a little preview of what's to come. 😉

What's the best international food you've had in NYC? Let us know in the comments!

The best Simit in town, yes, but noooot the best Turkish food. Gulluoglu (Güllüoğlu in Turkish) baklava is good
There are more than 70 Turkish restaurants in NY. Perhaps when I come to NY, we might try a grand Turkish food tour, Ariel. I’m buying
