I work with wildlife rehabilitators, and I've lost count how many orphaned baby raccoons I've raised; this video is perfectly on point as to how cute and friendly (and attached) baby raccoons can get to their primary caregiver.

I once walked into a car place to see about getting my seats recovered. While talking to the receptionist, I felt a tugging on my jeans, and a raccoon climbed onto my shoulder and started checking my hair for bugs.
"Don't worry, he works here. That's part of the service."

Of course, they're not completely domesticated, but it's crazy how easily they get attached. Adorable.

My wife and I feed raccoons from my porch every night. It started with one. She had babies and brought them. Another female showed up and eventually brought her 3 little ones. We adore them. Like in the video, they are quite affectionate and curious. Props to anyone who provides early life care for these rambunctious, energetic, smart little critters.
