These are the songs that made me fall in love with the music of Hawaii. By day I read about the lives and music of the greats like Gabby Pahinui and Eddie Kamae. At night I sing these songs in my dreams, the music permeating my very being. This is my little tribute and thank you to the Islands of Hawaii and beyond, from my own Island of Great
Britain. Recorded in my bedroom on a very cranky 4 track. My Hawaiiian language learning is in its infancy and my voice isn’t up to Gabby or Iz.s standards but I hope my love for the music comes through. That’s all I want you to hear - my gratitude.
