WWE doesn't need him at the moment. EC3 certainly seems happy with being in the NWA and OVW at the moment.

He is exactly where he needs to be. WWE doesn’t need him not at this moment nor does he honestly need WWE. He is doing great work for NWA & OVW helping a lot other guys get some exposure.

TNA would be better for him. The history he has there and would be mutually beneficial. WWE never used him well the first two runs.

Man, I like EC3 but I can’t help but think that 99% of the wrestlers who are “content where they are” or are “excited with what they’re building right now” just don’t have an offer or interest from WWE.

EC3 saying he's a locker room leader is as hysterical as CM Punk saying he's a locker room leader. Maybe in the high school gymnasiums and bingo halls where all the local talent are in awe at the fact he was in WWE.
