Great video. I’d add PDCA. Understanding the root causes behind why I was unable to execute my LSW as planned is important. Sometimes it’s because I didn’t plan well; I gave myself 30 minutes to do a 60 minute job. Upon reflection it might be that I took on solving someone else’s problem rather than coaching them to solve it. If you’re doing one on one sessions with your boss LSW can highlight ‘overload’ conditions and your boss can/should help you resolve those (12 hours of necessary work in a less than 12 hour day - a recipe for failure and burnout). So just as SW allows us to identify abnormal conditions and problem solve them, so too should LSW in my opinion. Thanks for the video.
