Pho is guaranteed to knockout a cold in two days. Your chest and throat will feel so good with the broth and mint.

I just tried this for the first time and it came out perfect. After watching this video like 20 times I broke down and got an Instant Pot. Absolutely delicious! Thank you Emmy!

Had my first pho bo and pho ga in Vietnam back in '71 and have loved it ever since. But only without cilantro, which to me is like eating Ivory soap. Parsley or Thai basil, yes - and always more fish sauce. YUUuuuum.

Emmy, just wanted to let you know, this recipe is LIFE CHANGING. I live an hour away from the closest Vietnamese restaurant and pho bo recipes are scary and full of beef knuckles. I got the ingredients and made this yesterday and it is THE BEST THING EVER that I have made from an internet recipe. Thank you for posting this!

Thank you so much for making this staple dish of my culture, Emmy! Just as a tip, pho is said in an increasing tone, while the ga has a tone that goes down as you say it. Pronunciation aside, my mom always makes this meal, and it brings much brightness to a frigid day in, ahem, *super frigid* Cali. Thanks again for making a dish so dear to me!

I just tried this recipe except with chicken thighs. Amazing for a 20 min pho. Post pressure cook, I added extra salt, sugar, basil, and lime juice. Fresh basil helped as well. Thank You for sharing this recipe with the world using your amazing presentation skills. Anyone watching this video who has not tried this. Please do.

I just received an Instant Pot for Christmas (from my super sweet teenage daughters, no less!) so I need to watch all of your Instant Pot videos for inspiration! My sister loves pho, and my kids are adventurous eaters, so I think this might be a good recipe to try out.

Thanks, Emmy! I love your videos and your sense of humor! Also, burp! 😊

Yum!! When I eat chicken pho, I like to make a dipping sauce of sweet fish sauce+ginger for the chicken. That's what the Vietnamese restaurants give where I live, so now I do that for homemade chicken pho too!

I just encountered this lady's existence today and I'm so glad. She is... Aggressively American, but in the best possible way. She talks about Pho, and says Itadakimasu, and talks about cameroonian omelettes, and figures out how to turn leftover french fries and ketchup into soups. She grew up on the east coast and ate mushi zucchini and spaghetti O's. She is everything America should be: a blending of different cultures in a mess of beautiful creativity.

I spend most of my time worrying about friggin nationalists, and being worried about my country being pure evil. And then this lady comes along and is embodying the best things about our country.

My family has been in the US for at least 150 years, and I am so freaking glad that it's not only scared and stagnant cobwebs like me making up America. There are some people that actually make America an interesting place.

Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, for restoring a little faith in my humanity.

Sorry for bringing politics into this. I'll go back to enjoying your insta-pot recipes.
