I did not see anyone who plumbs the column in both directions before tightening it to the supporting rods!!!

Shotie work practices to many guys standing around suspended load and holes for props in precast should have been pre drilled timbers laying around the base should have been picked up . Trip hazards. Reo bar to small should be thicker diameter.
