At 14:41, that little metal do-dad is something that goes on a vintage chip and dip bowl set. The hooked part goes over the edge of the large bowl and supports the smaller dip bowel. Blendo is one company who used this type do-dad. Just mentioning it, because you never know when it might come in handy. This piece is often not found with the vintage bowls.

That wooden plaque that had so many names on the back didn't affect the great disclose it when you sell...I loved that!

When I can find old bird salt and pepper shakers, I run string through them and hanging them on my little pine tree. I also will put them on my Xmas tree..

Omg, I have that little kissing girl but have not found the boy. At 13:16 there was another figurine I would have picked up (behind a trinket box) which might be a Hummel. It is a little girl carrying a basket on her left arm and like a tablet on her right hand. I think she is adorable. TFS, Aurora

I have cleaned baskets by putting them in the shower and turning on the water. The spray works really well getting the baskets clean. It doesn’t hurt the baskets. Maybe if you sprayed them every day it would but once in awhile doesn’t hurt. You are learning a lot and I enjoy your videos. I sold vintage for about 30 years, at antique stores and on line. Now I just enjoy shopping and watching people like you. 😊

I would have picked up that little pincushion. There are many many pincushion collectors out there who would have jumped on it, even with the flaws.

FYI: the soot will easily come off the Yankee Candle shades with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser, liquid dish soap & water.
