Kubota Mulcher Demo

These units have been flying out of our dealership to customers in varied applications. As you can see from the video and the before and after images in it, the power and finish these units are able to provide is incredible. This paddock of Soybean, Deep Tillage Radish and Sunhemp went from 3 metres tall to no more than 1 inches of mulch in no time. Discing to incorporate it back into the soil will now be a walk in the park. Thanks very much to everyone who came to have a look.

That was a Great demonstration of a worse case scenario of what your mulcher can do. Thanks for sharing.

I once had a 4m Kuhn mulcher mounted on the front, cutting rubbish and canolla with a 5 furrow plough on the rear, 16in wide & 12in deep, tractor was a JD 6920 auto. I couldn't see what was in front apart from a sea of yellow flowers!! I turned over 15 acres in 7 hours.

What do you charge these out at per hour? That’s what it all comes down to!

Impressive the mulching quality to achieve a similar volume reduction of vegetation, it seems grinded

Para ser competitivo com os demais concorrentes, este implemento deveria estar na frente e não atras, so serve para terreno com plantação baixa ...

A solid product but unfortunately it didn't enter Indonesia, finally in Indonesia the owner of Kubota had to buy a Mulcher brand Shaktiman(India) and Nardi(Italy)

That was a bloody impressive bit of chopping, but you might do better to lead with the cutter.

That's a flail mower with hammer teeth. Not a mulcher

Where is the PTO cover gone. Very dangerous. Can't even have machine off tractor here in UK without guard. . Totally covered required here and chains each end to stop guard turning.

It's not the best to mow all of your land at once. Field flowers, butterflies, insects will be going extinct soon from your land this way. In the Netherlands it's iligal to mow 100% of the shoulders and middle sections on our interstates and highways for instance. We now only once on sand soil, in fall/autumn. After mowing: we leave it laying for one week so the plants and flowers can dry and leave seeds in the soil. Then, we suck up the cut off a week later. Clay and normal soil we mow 2 times. Once in late spring, early summer, once in fall. But: both soils; we leave a minimal of 30% unmowed. So bugs and butterflies etc have a refuge to go to. And other plants can reproduce.
By doing this, we have more flowers in our shoulders of highways, more insects and butterflies, which attracts birds. We also have less fog in mornings which contributes to safety.
We don't use a hammer flail mower that cuts up everything anymore. It's down that that machines needs to much power to work and isn't that efficient in the long run. It's like putting poison on your land with that machine, all is destroyed. Circle and cyclone mower are key. And... We never plow! We take off the cut offs after one week or so, so the cut off grasses don't suffocate the more delicate flowers.
Instead of green deserts of grass, without and fauna life, we now are bringing back colorful strips of green, full of butterflies, ladybugs, dragonflies are even coming back in big numbers.
So; why are you plowing cut off grasses into your soil with your plow? All you do is suffocate new grow. It was better to take away the cut off first... Learn from mistakes in the past, and try to create sustainable and diverse nature in your fields. You have the room for it as non commercial land owner.
Leave 1 or 2 strips between the forest and your worked land untouched. And see nature coming back. You also need the bees for your vegetation reproduction

Looks more like a flail mower than a mulcher.
