FIGHTING MONKEY is a movement practice.
'Movement situations’/games.
Using variety, difficulty and restrictions to develop resilience, adaptability and creativity.
Play with your structure, physiology & imagination.

We play games - together.
Change roles. Change partners. Diversity brings immunity.
Try. Work. Study. Cook. Observe. Struggle. Play. Imagine.
No preferences - work with what you have and who you are.
Go outside your comfort zone - see what happens.
Life is a shit storm - expose yourself to difficulty to learn to weather it.
Do not be afraid of your partner - you can manage.
Do not be afraid for your partner - they can manage.
Challenge your partner, learn from them.
In return, take responsibility for their development.
Adapt, but do not loose sight of yourself. You are different to me.
Your practice is different from mine - live your own dreams.
Observe.
Practice - do not look for any special mode or mental state.
Move the goalposts. Stay alert. Do not sleep.
Physics. Anatomy. Chemistry. Curiosity. Adaptability.
Adaptability and creativity above all.

When I was training shaolin we used to do a slow motion fighting(inspired by taiji) to train adaptability, but this takes it to an entirely different level! Love it!
