Bro whenever I nest the two layer; the basic 3D effect doesn't work proper looks like the Anchor Point shifts to left and it start rotating with respect to that point please if there is any solution for this

How to recorded the timeline because i have recorded with snipping tool so my video quality is low when i stop the video it get clear but after playing the video the quality goes down please help men

In level 2 basic 3D doesn't work in preview when I edit in the effect menu the image doesn't move. It only shows preview after rendering even though I'm using 4060ti and cuda acceleration. Any help?
