If you go to the Stargazer and in the first city, infront of the big blue eyeballing looking thing, is a scroll thats also a ipad. Interact with it and use on of your moral scales.

There's also a suitcase in Belobogs train station you can interact with too.

Praise of High Morals is gained when you do something of a good nature, and you can spend High Moral to do something of a bad nature. The symbol for High Moral is a Scale, the symbol for Equilibrium is also a scale. The very concept of morality is part of HooH’s philosophy of Equilibrium, which makes sense.

you can also look for the immortal in the vase somewhere in the xianzhou ;) ull have to interact with it a few times and a few days hut eventually itll give you stuff

Theres also a vase in Luofu if my mem still okay i think it was in Exalting Sanctum i think it was beside the NPC mushroom.
