ASEAN Summit: Obama address South China Sea tensions

US President Barak Obama has told China not to ignore a tribunal ruling, which rejects its territorial claims in the South China Sea.

Obama spoke on the final day of the ASEAN Summit in Laos.

His comments put the issue under the spotlight, after a muted response from Southeast Asian leaders.
