For some reason, the first thing I thought when hearing MBT describe this deck is "Oh how I wish *this* had been the first ever deck that used a terrible vanilla it wanted to summon from deck", instead of Gem Knights, so the term for "A card you don't want to draw" could have been coined as Burger instead of Garnet, and Yugioh players forever after could have said to each other "I drew my Burger" in every deck that played Garnets.

Buerillabaise is Buer, President Rank Demon with 50 Legions

Confiras is Foras, President Rank Demon with 29 Legions

Poeltis is Botis (or Otis), President Rank Demon with 60 Legions

Foie Glasya is Glasya Labolas, President Rank Demon with 36 Legions, the Commander of Manslaughter and Bloodshed. Fun.

Balamuniere is Balam, King Rank Demon with 40 Legions. He is the 7th ranked demon in the Ars overall.

Baelgrill is Bael, King Rank Demon with 66 Legions. He is the Lord Ruler of Hell and the entire Ars Goetia. They had some fun with him, as his effect is... Dark Ruler No More, a reference to his place as the Dark Ruler of the Ars.

Reminds me of my Vampire Killers. Half pound of 90%/10% ground beef, minced garlic (about 2 teaspoons), ground black peppercorn, basil, and dill. Work in the ingredients together and press it super flat (minimize the size of breaks in the meat by moulding it further). Salt the two sides of the patty to help it brown well and prevent sticking while you grill the patty (you can use a cast iron skillet if you're indoors). End result, you get a giant patty of flavor.

They're called Vampire Killers because if the garlic doesn't kill them, the steak will!

I'm still sad the hungry burger archetype was fancy french dining. I really wanted a fast food oriented archetype with terribly named cards like 'super size me' f or 'secret menu' for a and 'out of order (with a broken ice cream machine on it)'. It would have been hilarious, and it being a terrible deck would have fit the theme too. xD

I don't care if the archetype is bad, I like the art and "french cuisine mixed with deamons from the ars goetia" is such a yugioh thing that I can't help but love it

All I can say about the more recent rituals archetypes is that I’m just happy Konami doesn’t go and actively sabotage decks like Libromancers and Nouvelles the way they treated Vendreads so overly harsh like they were convinced it would obliterate the meta and force them to nerf the zombie engine.

so now i have a 60 card pile playing dogmatika rituals, impcantations, diviner of the herald, and nouvelles
