The duty cycle is invertered on the output when duty cycle go high that why boostrap can’t work with with single n channel and your problems is you using one signal you should use 2 signal in a 60 degrees of of phase

Is your procedure only applicable to buck converter ? Can i use your step for flyback converter ?

Ok/ But it shouldn't allow x3 voltage at an output pin -) So, the entire compensator is not a proper one. You need a PID I think to use that "D"
