Thank you for this video ma, I wish I came across this video earlier. I wrote my midwifery osce yesterday and I filled all the required meows chart, dated and timed, scored and escalated. But I didn't write the patients ward. I am so worried, do you feel that this can cause me to fail?

NEWS score of 0 but systolic bp is 130 or 140, temperature is 37.8 or 38 should we still escalate???, thank you
