Main Engine Jacket Water Cooling System | JCW System

Jacket water cooling of main engine on ships has to be carried out in order to lower the temperature.
Components of the This JW Cooling system are cooler, two pumps, deaerator chamber, expansion tank.

Sir jee main engine is running and jacket water temperatures outlet of all individual unit is 92 if I have to reduce this temperature apart from fwg which is not in working condition how I can reduce this temperature
Cooling system is central fresh water cooling system.
In clearly I just want to ask you
If I will reduce temperature of jacket water outlet manually how it will affect LT temperature please LT will increase or Decrease

For my knowledge LT will increase
