We found an old heavy iron and first heated it up until the aluminum melted. We had a bit of fun then cut it in half with the 60,000 psi waterjet. Let us know what else you'd like to see the water cutter attempt.

In response to "it's been a while since they used fabric cords"... Even the best irons today still come with fabric cords, as they don't melt if you accidentally touch the cord on the hot iron ;-)

They put a fabric cord on just about every iron to this day. I'm fairly certain it's to prevent it from getting melted super quick if it touches the iron.
