She got better as time went on. God bless her. And Paul even went off key a couple times. I admire Paul so much for wanting his wife beside him through this. And it was their thing. So I’m just grateful they did it. I love wings. Linda was a kind kind person. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone say an unkind word about her. That being said I’m not talking about the public. They beat her up something terrible. Shame on them. If that’s the person I’ll just deliver his wife with then God bless them both. He worshiped her. And that is so cool from the guy who could have absolutely anyone. He chose to settle down with one woman and have a bunch of kids. And still be the musician that he is. I admire the heck out of both of them.

We all should celebrate the fact that we were alive at the same time as Macca.A genuine stone cold genius....I love him!

I heard an interview with Henry McCullough and he actually spoke to Paul about Linda's singing. Paul said she was in the band before him and he loves her and she was going nowhere, he said it was never spoken about again. He had some interesting insights and clearly regretted walking out of the band. He only had good things to say about Paul.

I love the Linda's vocals in all songs she recorded with Wings in studio. She really didn't go well singing alive, but in all songs she recorded with Wings her voice sounds very nice, very in tune and she had a very beautiful voice. Surely as time passed by she learned so much and got a large experience! I love her voice!

Linda did get better over time. They seemed to truly love each other deeply. Thanks Paul and Linda.

just remembering everyone, this is a rehearsal. those out there who play, you know how it works. its beautiful seeing a band that big figuring out a song together, and seeing paul after the beatles, there, working his soul, its even poetical, its a rebirth

If The Beatles were still together in 1972, this would have been the number one song of the year from the Beatles album it would have been on !! Just imagine The Beatles doing this song

Linda's singing in "the other key" ... to me.

Good that Paul persuaded Linda to stick with Denny on the more subtle backing vocals for the recording. Good also that Henry came up with that stunning structured guitar solo, rather than aimlessly noodling around.

What a great honor for Wings fans to see Linda.

McCartney wrote a ton of great music, but he was in a zone from 1965 (Rubber Soul) to 1982 (Tug of War).

Guys, cut Linda some slack... this is ‘72 – she’s been married with McCartney for three years. Hasn’t even got into the music business at all, and yet, she’s still trying her best.

These clips are great! Showing all the warts and imperfections in everyone of them - not just Linda! They are all stoned and out of it. lol But just think of what Wings became in 1976!

Big difference then the finished product! Glad Paul straightened those vocals out. And Henry came up with his Iconic Lead. 🤗 🎸🎼🧡

My favorite part of this beautiful song is Henry McCullough's guitar solo on the final cut. I was going into my teenage years when this was flooding American radio. What a
