The peppers are not authentic but I trust our pakistani mothers hands, somehow they make everything taste better, thats why I have stopped questioning them...I trust the process and end up with the most tastiest food. Like I do not like chinese cuisine that much because of too much sweetness but when any pakistani mum makes it, she does her fusion twist and I end up loving it....ends up being one of my favorites mashallah
