This is too weird. I went high school with weasel, and was good friends with the original guitarist of the luddenbachers (and the flies and Chernobyl children and others back then) and I came to learn of magma through the Legendary Pink Dots, who Chuck said Weasel would hate me for liking. Now I stumble across this 30 years later... kinda freaking me out right now....

Why did I never think to check for Magma covers? I guess I just thought there wouldn't be any...

This is awesome!

I finally took the time to listen to Magma's original and this in a row. What a ride...

A brutal masterpiece. I'm sure Christian V. is proud.

I've always wondered what De futura sounded like with double bass drums. This is it, I think!
Christian Vander should had used double bass drums in my opinion.

Great cover. Magma, but without any of the soul: way more explosive.

So, yeah. Very cool, industrial, harsh dry sounding cover. Almost like Univers Zero after discovering meth.

this a cool cover but imo it completely misses the essence of the song so then at it becomes is very simplistic and boring riffs unlike the original which feels like youre literally in hell
