How To Reset Sonos Playbar

In this video we teach you how to reset Sonos Playbar. These instructions will work for the Sonos Playbar and older Sonos speakers raised pause play buttons and the volume up and down button as a combined button.

To Factory Reset Sonos Playbar:
1. Unplug the Sonos Playbar you can either do this at the wall or on the back of the device.
2. Hold down the Pause/Play button and the Volume + button at the same time and keep holding. You will need to keep holding down these buttons throughout the entire process without letting them up.
3. Plug the Sonos Playbar back in while continuing to hold the pause/play button and the volume up button at the same time.
4. The light on the end of the Sonos device will then flash from white to orange and then green. When the light on the end of the device turns to a green color the Sonos playbar has been reset to factory default settings and you can release the buttons you were holding down.
