Hi bro. One question and please don’t be offended because I really don’t meant to.

I realize that many great dippers use the same technique you are using in this video. The weight does not move up until your arm is around 45°, yet your hips still drop below the bars and your shoulder is lower than the elbow. For sure the most efficient technique to dip a ton of weight and would be regarded as a valid rep in competition too.

Could you please make a video about that technique?
