That's actually kinda near to the physically possible reaction. From eyes to brain is roughly 0, 1 seconds and then another ~0, 1 to send the command

my phone adds 200ms 💀, i click at the same time as him clicking in the video and i still get 300+

This isnt a reaction time test neccesarily because it involves the motor function of clicking the mouse, human reaction is gated based on motor and sensory content.

Its not that bad normal human reaction time is 250 ms i play this game and got 55 ms but couldn't do it again but i kelp getting close cause after that i got 60 ms or 67 ms

179 is actually pretty fast. The fastest I've gotten was 205, granted I've only tried it a hand full of times. My computer monitor sucks and my connection isn't the best. Anyway, the average reaction time when people take this test is 273. He's almost a full 100 milliseconds faster than that. Which is impressive. We can also assume he's gotten faster than 179 because he's actively saying that his scores are terrible, so he is likely comparing them to his old times, or the times of fellow pro gamers. In any case he knows he's capable of doing more.

Don't know but i got a 10 millisecond reaction and a 61 at this website sooo btw I'm just 9
