Robinhood review: "My account has been compromised, and someone sold, buy and even tried to transfer money from my bank account. Now, I can't log in to my account. And any reset password link is not coming to my email address. I need help ASAP!!!"

A consumer reported that this Robinhood issue was resolved. Here is an update to this story: "I have been contacted via phone from Robinhood after sending few more emails, and the agent help me resolve my issue. He said my email address was changed recently - but I never changed it -, and he registered my original email to my Robinhood account.

Then, I was able to access my account again. My case was sent to correction team to review, and I got another mail requesting a copy of my ID, and I sent them. After few days, all my stock and Option except crypto currency came back to my account. It took about 3 weeks to resolve my issue.

During the period of time, I kept email them, and tried to do everything I could do. I was lucky to resolve my issue in 3 weeks after I got hacked.

I know there are a lot of people still have the same problem. I hope their issue will be resolved as soon as possible."

Today I cannot login lost my account. Same here link to reset password is not received. Crossing my fingers. I got 60K on my account

I got shut out for months but didn't get hacked.. I think. Maybe they're waiting for me to buy or stocks to go up? Neither is happening and I don't know if I'd put anymore in robinhood anyhow. Sorry everyone for breaking the stock market. I didn't mean too.

I think RH will give you all your money back. I think you should sue them. Even though I use RH.

Don't feel bad I woke up to be in the whole with my bank over 1k Why my robinhood account was compromised and they put money in my account I clearly did not have, what a train wreck of a day Customer Service the worst, I called my bank had to pay 30 to stop My cash is still gone, yep and I have checks out that will bounce, when they did call me 6 hours later so unprofessional. And Still Im out my money and told them please close this account as I 0 balance. Stay away from Robinhood you have been warned. How can they possible take cash I dont have well they did and I still cant get in my account to close. These People are crooked, called attorney he is on it. So gang please beware of this activity go with wellbull super secure never had 1 issue, customer service on it.

Same thing happened to me this morning I cannot believe this I had about $18, 000 in my account I have not heard back from Robin Hood yet this sucks
