Wow this tent blew me away not only for value for money but also in build quality and I can't wait to take it out into the Scottish Highlands and put it through its paces

The Amazing Spec,

Fits well inside with 2 single-person air sleeping pads individually with plenty of room for 2 backpacks beside your feet. Ideal backpacking tent for adults, kids or scouts in outdoor camping, hiking, mountaineering, motorcycling, etc

Attention: the black hook in the middle is DOWNWARD so that it can be connected with the clip. Rainfly can be separated as a Shelter

👫Aluminium Pole & Spreader Bar👫 Night Cat 2 persons tent is equipped with premium quality aluminium alloy poles that is quite lightweight and strong, only weighs 2.6KG(5.7lb) with compact package size 17x6.3x6.3 in. The spreader bar pole at the center makes it 20% More head room when sitting

I have owned one of these for a while now, and for the price, it can't really be faulted. I actually saw Night Cat selling them for £69.00 a few weeks ago.
Being picky. I would say that the inner tub is a bit low, and the outer doesn't go down low enough. The outer door tie back strap, could do with being higher, but looking at your tent, they might have addressed that issue. My final possible concern is the durability of the plastic clip at the fly to pole position. I suspect that it will fail over time, although I am not too concerned about it, as a small cable tie or piece of para cord would suffice. To end though, I would certainly recommend this tent to anyone starting out, and I actually take it out over some of my more expensive tents. It is also a true two person tent.

I own one of these and yes, value for money it's unbeatable. I'd recommend however, that you carry some tent pole repair segments if your pole breaks, and a can of WD40 to prevent the poles from getting stuck together.

You should wrap the guy lines around the poles on the outside when you tie is out. This is not a 4-season tent ..regardless of what Nitecat says. Four-season tents have much more tent is all mesh....so hence 3-season.

Good review, thank you. This was on my shortlist for my first tent to go wild camping on Dartmoor. I've been researching tents forever it seems but I've just ordered one of these!

Looks great William. That tent inner mesh even looks like it might keep the midges out. Hope you have some good trips planned!

I doubt it will cope with the top of a Munro in winter unless the wind is very low. Looks a decent D of E group tent . I've got one and have had it up but not reviewed it yet 👍

I use the snugpack 3 and the bunker. True 4 season tents. And as
@stbyrd2000 said
this is not a 4 season tent. But good video and instructions though.

Irs a bit too much mesh to be a 4th season tent in my honest opinion. It isnt close enough to the floor either. That said i bet it's sturdy enough.
The material that attaches to the guys should be wrapped around the poles to give extra support and rigidity.
It looks a fantastic tent for wind resistance but snow loading might be a concern and wind getting underneath may be too much for it to be a true 4th season shelter.

I just bought this model 2 days ago on Ebay NEW £55, so a great price. I havent been camping in (a long long time ) the first thing that struck me was the ground sheet already set up, does this come with the tent ? Then it sticks out from the tent itself, so wont water run in from that ?

I can't tell; can you leave the outer off for just a mesh tent?
