I run 2 Shade Brigandine with 3 Holeutea over Parallel eXceed as the latter always gets Ash Blossom'ed it seems, leaving a useless material on board, and I choose to run Monster Reborn as Sera ensures you almost always have a monster in GY and gives easier access to Pudica, Myrmeleo, and Dionaea's effects on special summon. Vesiculo helps play around opponent's disruption and get Holeutea in the GY for its second effect, if you do not need the trap activation, so I find it good at 1 in the very least. I think Allomerus is absolutely necessary for recursion of Myrmeleo multiple times to break established backrow, though and should be at least 1 of in every Traptrix deck. Aussa does not seem needed, as you mentioned with replacing it with S:P, since Garden can banish unwanted monsters and tokens on your side of the field, as long as you have a Traptrix in the GY. I am not a fan of Nib for Traptrix either, as you also mentioned when you have an established board, which is easy to do with how consistent Traptrix is. However, it is searchable with Gallant Granite, which the deck can easily make.

I've been on the Superheavy engine for a bit and I really like it, gives you ways to go into Pinguecula without using your normal summon or rafflesia to play around nib

This is a pretty good base. I still like to play them with Therion so my space is very thight but I like the combo. I should consider taking Ice Dragon Prison out but I'm addicted to it, is a very funny card

I was stuck on mixmatched Sera's too. I now, now, have 3 copies of every rarity of Sera. The green sleeve actually distracted me from the rarity. SCR were dipped pretty low awhile back during their off season. Back up to $7-10. But you can never when if you need 1 or 2, usually 2, but this format you need 1. New format... 3. It’s cool to see you on Jasmine for this! I just picked her up along with Rikka Queen & Princess, Hyperyton, & the Regulus package. You’re absolutely right that the latter has some issues if you open something like Martel, so I’m 50/50 on it. But it’s hard to dismiss the possibility of an opening board with half a dozen or more negates, especially with people possibly running more board breakers.

Out of curiosity, what do you think about maining droll instead of ash? I ask since it feels like opening Ash & Nib together feels contradictory, though Ash + imperm could definitely shut down turns so idk

Chain hole is a cool hole to run, most opponents run into it since they have no awareness of it. Kinda stinky tho when you font have anything for opponent to respond to

To me this deck list is good for doing an unpassable board when going first but when playing second there is no strategy except hoping you drawed a boardbreak... otherwise you surrender and pass to the next game there is no way to summon teardrop in front of a big board it takes to many ressources

my list is kinda weird but I only play 2 mantis, 2 pudica, 3 lady lab, 3 brigandine, 2 talents, 1 different dimension ground, 2 floodgate trap hole and 2 field spell. The rest is basically the same without the prosps and evenly and nibiru on side. Still wip tho

Aaron any chance we could see an updated Dragon Maid list, or are they too slow now a days? I've been experimenting with adding Bystial's and switched from Handtraps to Sky Striker engine to try and have some additional board breakers, but I think I'm coping.
