When are SEQ Water going to start the catastrophic flooding?

It's estimated that 25% of the steel bridges in the US could fail in 25 years, that's more than 10% or 50, 000 of all the bridges, can you believe it? Hope they won’t. But search: Anything that has collapsed or crumbled in the US like "bridges such as I-35W", "roads”, "buildings”, "pedestrian overpasses”, you will see some of them just collapsed themselves without even being flooded or anything. Indeed, this is our wake up call. It's a shame a lot of those that collapsed on themselves didn't last 50 years (some of which less than 10 years) in the US, and the US has been experiencing the number of railroad fatalities (those onboard the train) at least 10 times higher than China on an annual basis. Just unbelievable. And the US has far less basic infrastructure than China (e.g. bridges, tunnels, dams, buildings, ports, subways, high speed rail, 4/5g network, electricity network, etc.), which makes it even far more ironic. Just an example, a very QUICK AND SIMPLE EXAMPLE.
