Removing a wheel with an Enviolo 360 Hub is not that hard!

The Nuvinci Enviolo 360 hub is a thing of wonder and technical art. However, it's not the most straight forward hub when it comes to disengaging the shifter cables such as Nexus or Alfine or even Sturmey 3 speed hubs if there's a situation where you get a flat. Most people will most likely take this to a bike shop, but with enough practice and definitely patience, you could be your own master mechanic.

Is there any internal parts from this type of hub that may need servicing too? (looking to upgrade from a Nexus 8-speed IGH to this enviolo...much easier to deal with compared to the Shimano Nexus).

In which position should be shifter before we start with rear wheel removal? Is it imoprtant? I only know that we aren t suppose to touch shifter once we disconected cables..

I can't get enough slack to reconnect the second cable. I've loosened the cable tensing nuts at handlebar as far as possible. Please provide an answer, by the time you do I will have gone crazy from frustration, but it could help someone else down the road.

You need to discuss errors in the installation. For example if the cables loosen at the handle bars, if the cable becomes frayed. I’ve been to three bike shops who had no clue what to do. Finally installed a heavy puncher proof intertube on the back wheel. And watched lots of videos. 10, 000 km done
