He was actually my highschool physics teacher. Even though I only got a B-, he was an awesome teacher.👍

Thank you Mr Carl Sagan for influencing this man. Mankind appreciates it.

We all need that one "good teacher" in our lives, to inspire and provoke our minds to think rationally. We are very fortunate to have Neil in our adulthood, to boost our learning even further. Thank you good sir.

Dr Tyson is a very intelligent, educated & entertaining man. A brilliant communicator. I don’t get or dig the crappy background music here?
Why?

I love this guy. He’s not only fkn smart as hell he’s funny and if you’re not a science nerd you STILL learn something.

At some points the music is so loud you can´t hear what the man is saying

I've seen crows do the rock thing. At this point birds have collectively realized how to displace water. Or they've known for years.

I would love to meet Neil Degrasse Tyson. Humorous, intelligent. The way the man puts things in a perspective in way that's easy to understand.

My family and I had a miniature schnauzer in the ‘80s/‘90s. She loved to play “fetch” so much, if we didn’t throw anything for her to fetch, she would just play it by herself. She’d get a racket ball and drop it in her water bowl, so it would get slippery. Then she’d go to one end of a long hallway, and shoot the ball out of her mouth to the other end of the hallway, then chase it, then grab it, turn around, then shoot it back shoot it back down to the other end again. She would do that over and over until she tired out.

She would also play that game but with a rubber band from the newspaper. She would go back to that long hallway, lie down with the rubber band in her mouth. Then she would put it on one of her nails on her paw, pull it way back with her teeth…let it fly by opening her mouth, then chase it down the hallway. Then she would turn around and do it all again. The first time we saw her do it we thought it was just an accident…but no, she would do that for 20-30 minutes in a row until she got tired.

She was our first pet dog, so we thought all dogs could do it. Nope…she was pretty smart.

We need thousands of this guy teaching. It’s not about being the smartest but to foster that passion for learning in young people. They dance when they get their high school diploma. Why? Done with the burden of learning

Dr Neil G. is smart & witty. He is able to provide information that could be dull, to some, in a way that we learn, & enjoy the process. Keep it up Dr. G.

We don’t wield this dimension we live it. That’s probably the best quote I’ve ever heard. My favorite definition is evolve = to adapt and overcome. For some reason, it just explains the human race perfectly.

The constant background music is not at all useful. It just detracts from the brilliance of Niel.

🧠If Neil doesn’t mind it doesn’t matter, so it wouldn’t really matter if Neil didn’t mind, and if you serve your point upon the latter, Neil makes the point he’d rather change your mind.

At science, Dr. Tyson is brilliant and I enjoy listening to him very much.
Socio-politically, he is a product of the culture of New York City. And so, many folks don't like him. And dismiss him.
