This video is a documentary style of my Journey training in Muay Thai. From training at home and my first sparing session over the course of 1 month of training. Currently Robby & I are preparing for our first Muay Thai Tournament. I'll post our tournament video sometime after. I expect this to be a learning experience for myself and feel confident that Robby will do very well. Thanks for your support and viewership. Huge Shoutout to Tru’s Fight Syndicate for everything they do for us. 🙂🙏

Good for you Justin.... What makes you tired and weak when training makes you strong in the Mind. Then you will be stronger next time. Basically long for what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Keep up the good work.

Justin, jumping rope is good for the body. Just stay tough. The older you get the harder it gets.

Hey brother, a good bag work combo is 1 - 2 Thai kick with the right leg, and thai block with the left, and remember to keep your hands up 💯

Try and keep your feet planted. You tend to hop just before throwing a punch. Gives you away. Stay with it. You'll get it. Aint nothing in this world free or easy and if it is it aint worth having.

start walking, justin. walking makes a big difference with your cardio. im a smoker too but because of my walking i outwork guys in their 20's and 30's while im 50. keeping active is the biggest thing. stay off the couch/chair. get out and go bike riding. anything to get that heart and lungs moving to get that O2 to your muscles.
ive been a concrete finisher for 28 yrs, in concrete for 30 and in construction since i was 17. even though i smoke 1/2 to a pack a day, my job is very demanding of the body and im always in a hurry to stay ahead of the concrete setting up. i bike and walk mostly on the weekends so im not just sitting. if i do nothing over the weekend, i can feel it on monday.
keep up the good work.
