1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt
about 1/2 cup water
For the Lavash Wrap:
275ml water + more if needed
500gr. bread flour (1 used 200gr. of it whole wheat)
1 tsp each sugar and salt
Homemade or store-bought lavash bread
Fresh Garnishes:
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 medium tomato, diced
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Pickled peppers or cucumbers (optional)
For the Ayran:
1 cup plain yogurt
2-3 cups or more cold water
Salt to taste
