Nice lesson. Like how simple, fresh vegetables and a bit of paprika. I could make this. I love your pan, it's like a (Chinese) wok for stir-fry. But the street food vendor one is really neat. Hello from sunny Oregon USA.

What cut of beef would you recommend? :)

I also wanted to ask if you once could make a video about using dried eggplants.
I am from Germany but a big fan of Turkish cuisine and culture. I am even considering moving to Istanbul for a couple of months.
My best Saturday afternoon is going to my local Turkish supermarket and I am always flirting with the dried eggplant cups and also red dried peppers. But I never have tried it somewhere. I would be very happy if you could share it with us

Love from Cologne!
