Regardless of where he finished, Leclerc went full beastmode in Silvestone.

That overtake of Leclerc at Copse with old Hards, damage front wing. was fabulous and he did that on a 7 time champion with new softs! Best overtake of the entire year.

Leclercs overtake on Hamilton on the outside of copse on used tires has gotta be one of the all time overtakes.

If Leclerc had soft tyres, that would be madness, and his overtake at Copse with old Hards and damaged front wing is one of the best overtakes of the 2022 season.

Norris and Alonso were on the different level this race. Both were 30scs ahead of the rest midfield before the safety car. Utterly brilliant dominant performace by the midfielders. Underrated race for them.

15:57 one of the best overtaking this year and we didn't see it live because of the bad broadcast we had all season.

Glad this won race of the year. LH was in Mansell '88 mode, dragging a lesser car into contention for those fans. Leclerc's defensive work on those old tyres was phenomenal.

Best race of the season by far. Dont get me wrong, Brasil was amazing too but the final laps drama was something else

Charles' drive in this race, i remember thinking at the time too, was incredible. Faster than his teammate with a broken wing, left out under the SC on old hard tyres and still goes round the outside of Hamilton on softs at copse. Never seen anything like it. Everyone was happy for Carlos to get his first win but this was Charles' race. Boss.
