This hearing need to be better organized. Representatives are not present or late in the hearing. Usec Vergiere appears to be more competent. Good questions from Rep. Dimaporo. Duque - 117 biomolecular labs approved but a number of the labs are not reporting on time and accurately.

it seems that more and more people were not trusting the present sec of doh and also a member of the philhealth board. siguro po ang dapat na mga unang sagutin na tanong ng kagalang galang nating doh sec ay mapagkakatiwalaan po ba kayo ng taong bayan? natutugunan nyo po ba ang pangangailangan ng mga filipino bilang doh secretary at nagagampanan nyo po ba ito effectively? kung, OO po, BAKIT po ang daming anomalya at pagkukulang sa mga ahensya na kung saan ay doon po kayo ang namamalakad?
