I Found an Upgraded Version of The MACD [INSANE]

I found this new indicator that performs WAY better than the original MACD. Here are a couple trading strategies you can use with it! Enjoy!

Gotta tell you, I configured your new MACD version precisely as instructed, then watched today as Tesla bolted upward. The candles were clear. RSI had the spike. Your MACD did nothing. I expected the blue line to cross the orange line and turn north. Nope. In fact, the blue and orange lines did not touch at all. They are in the oversold zone, pointing downward at an angle, but are almost parallel. The histogram is still in negative territory. Tesla moved 7.33% and your MACD froze. SMCI moved up almost 4%, and it was almost the exact same story. Nvidia increased by 8.5% and your blue and orange lines are hugging the mid-line, like it's a consolidation. I went back and rechecked the settings to make sure I didn't make a mistake. It's set up exactly as you suggested. After your video was so over the top with praise, it was disappointing. I still appreciate your effort.

The main problem with MACD is not that it works only with trends but that MACD crossovers are about four candles late, regardless of settings, as with any other lagging indicator. The histogram itself is the more reliable indicator in MACD, with the location of the lines and distance from the histogram being even more reliable. A crossover of those two lines is too late to take action because crypto is so volatile. I’ve found that a combination of LazyBear’s WaveTrend Oscillator and JayRogers’ Heikin Ashi RSI Oscillator seems to work just right without much delay at all. Of course, LazyBear is also who created the Impulse MACD described in this YouTube video.

Add a colored Fib retracement to the oversold line down to the overbought line, extend right and viola! TP zones

Observe closely the histogram along with MACD if they are not divergent. Also look for short trades below 0 line and long trades above zero line if there is no divergence between price swings and histogram swings. If there is divergence then look for long trades below 0 line and short trades above 0 line.

what is the time zone 1 hour chart/ 15 minute chart 5 min chart?
what is the over bought /oversold zones rule ? .67/.80/ .75 ?

I was just checking SOL history to see which trades the indicator showed after making the changes you suggested. Pretty insane returns on Solana Short July 17th till July 26th and Long June 13th till July 17th. I was using the 4 hour time frame. This is great that is ignores false breakouts. Going to find a current trade and see how this does. Thanks for the content pretty interesting.

Each time the lines cross, the trend has been established and it is too late to enter the trade. The breakout lines from consolidation will not be in very high or low as you suggest to utilize earlier in the video.

the lines crossing for the impulse MACD indicator seems to be delayed a bit causing the timing of trade to be lil to late compared to the original MACD lines. thoughts?

It all depends on the cadence of the chart view also as watching 1mn chart is very different from the 1d view. What is the recommended time cadence foe the best impact
