Catherine Dale, one of our Quality Improvement faculty members, provides an introduction to using patient and staff experiences to redesign services.
Our work helps staff to understand the things that really matter to patients and service users and to take action to deliver tangible benefits for patients.
Catherine has more than ten years’ experience in service improvement and transformation roles. She also helped to develop the Experience Based Co-Design (EBCD) toolkit, which is one of the methodologies that underpins all of our improvement programmes.
