Greenfield woman files lawsuit alleging car dealership forged her signature on documents

A Greenfield consumer has filed a lawsuit alleging a Fishers car dealership forged her signature on documents.

Napleton in Champaign forged my signature and never gave me the contract. When I noticed the contract was not in the small folder they gave me I called them and went up there. I was told I would receive it in the mail, which I didn't.

There were a number of things i was not told when i purchased my car in muncie like having to bring my car for scheduled appointments I had not scheduled and being threatened with having my warranty lost for not bringing it for those appointments . The salespeople do not want to lose a sale so they don't tell people potentially important information .

My signature was forged by a dealer behind my back. When I found out and complained, he claimed he could not understand my English (I have a foreign accent). I've been in a lawsuit, pro se, for the past three years to try to prove that I did not sell my own car to myself at double its price... The dealer fabricated a Sales Contract hacking my account to buy my car at $19K and resell it instantly to to me at $32K on a forged contract, impersonated me with Geico, did a fraudulent inspection, etc. I have not yet found justice despite 4 forgery reports by reputable experts showing that I did not sign the contractual documents (3 experts were eliminated by the court because of my "late filing").

What about the DMV, forging peoples signatures onto their drivers license ?

You as the consumer have the responsibility to review all documents, not just sign because of the new car smell. Must use common sense!

Same thing happened to me, my car dealer forced my signature. I'm looking for help. Please 🙏
