I just started using a hunter cannon cart logbait deck and its so fun, glad to see it get even better

Wrong buff for hunter. Needed tighter bullet spread or quicker hit speed. Hp is irrelevant since there arent a ton of zap/fb decks anymore (the one interaction this buffed hp protects against i believe)

The cannon cart should receive a larger hit box to compensate for the increase dps and should move super slow
